About

Our founder, Gianni Canigiano has over a decade of experience and expertise in recruiting solely for Tech, Creative, Marketing and Strategy.

Born and Raised in Brooklyn, Gianni began his career in recruitment as an Intern Tech Recruiter in  early 2006.

By the end of 2006, he started a tech recruitment division at Taylor Grey with another member. 

During his two years at Taylor Grey, he was exposed to the Creative side of recruitment and started working with NYC Ad Agencies.

In 2008, Gianni  co-founded a recruiting agency and helped build the business from its inception into a highly profitable agency with multimillion dollar billing. 

Throughout the years, Gianni has also accepted remote contract roles with mid-size agencies in Brooklyn and NY.

He believes his success has always—and will always—be achieved by caring about his employees, clients, and candidates equally, and by working tirelessly every day to build a brand known for putting the interests of others before its own.
